Since this thread has reached the "end", pun intended, I must share something else, thankfully, no pictures.
Recently, when bored, we decided to tour the new, huge, Asian Market in Aurora, CO. I know in other parts of the world, they eat pretty much anything. But, strike me dead, if I'm lying! Back in the Butcher case, was a big pan of PICKLED PIG'S UTERUS. What in the world do you do with those?? Wow! Haven't been back there again.

Have come across the same thing here in Oregon, and was just baffled!!! Obviously a demand for them, otherwise they wouldn't be selling them, but... I want to see that recipe book and find out what other 'treasures' I didn't know existed.
I think the recipe book is in the 101 ways to Wok a Cat series of cook books....
