I'll start with a big Thank You to the fellow that answered the phone.
I'm smoking up a prime rib for New Years and my MAK Pellet Boss was not playing nice. A quick call to MAK and they had me up and controlling. Seems the pellet boss like a little warm air from a blow drier.
