Baby Back Ribs on the Char Broiler Smoker Roaster Grill, turned out ok meat fell off the ribs, next time not so long in the tinfoil   :)

Those ribs would have been Kimmie's favorite, FALLING OFF THE BONE! 

Not making fun of you, sorry just couldn't resist  :) :) :) Kimmie loves over cooked meat ;)

When I do ribs I go 30 to 35 mins naked, then rub with my favorite rub and then wrap cook another 40 to 45 mins then remove.
1.5 hrs way to long  ???  as you found out.  Next time try 40 mins wrapped then remove and check and check to see if they are done.
 

Still, great video and great to have you here.  Now just need to learn how to take good videos myself!
