Well I opened up my amazing Mak 1 Star General for the first time this year! Today made a Pork tenderloin with my own made up spice mix. It came out amazing! Always good to share the smoked treasures in life with good friends. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Here comes the smoke! Smoke mode 30 minutes then 275 Degrees low and slow.

I made two pork loins today. One for me and one for a friends family. I took it over to him today and 10 minutes after that he sent me a picture of the tenderloin 3/4 gone. Had a good laugh.
