Apple smoked pork tenderloins on my MAK 2 Star at 225ºF for about 2 hours till the IT reached 145ºF. Rested under a foil tent for 15 minutes before carving and serving with a side of brown rice and sauteed asparagus, red onions, and zucchini squash.
