Title: Customer service from Char-Broil for The Big Easy srg

Just want to say my srg I received it Friday cooked on it Saturday and Sunday and the Smoke Box handle came loose I called Char-Broil and they are sending me a complete smoker box assembly although I just needed thehandle great customer service I have cooked  2 meals on the srg and it was great.I love this thing.

I agree with Tommy. Great customer service.

They sent me a new regulator on just my word that the SRG didn't seem to have a strong enough flame.
I didn't even ask for it. The rep. was very helpful and offered the replacement.
