Been a while since cooked on charcoal. Decided to go with a nice flank steak with some blue cheese stuffed taters.

Off to the freezer to see if I can find a flank steak. That makes me want one.

The flank steaks look good enough by themselves, but add a blue cheese stuffed tater... I AM THERE!
