As far as an affordable pizza oven it's very popular & highly rated.

That's a thought although I don't believe one would fit, spatchcock chicken might fit though, Great idea!

I am thinking about if you did a chicken on it. How does it handle all the grease?

I'm thinking you would need to put it in a metal pan with a raised grate on the bottom and even then would need to be careful of temp not to start the grease on fire. If I did try it I think I would start with maybe a chicken quarter or even some wings.  good question  :)

Well, you got some cookers that produce outstanding chicken. I would play it safe and stick with the pizza pies  ;)
