Unless the bottom was burned those look great.
Many pizza cookers burn the bottom before the toppings cooked. How did this do?
Nothing wrong with frozen pizza dough. I freeze my own & pizza dough is very simple.

Looks good to me. Use more semolina to get it to slide easier off the peel.

Tom they look good to me......when you put the pizza on shake side to side at the same time you are letting it go from front to back. It takes time to master......

Tom you need to put a lot of corn meal on the peel. Then roll out your dough. After rolling out your dough place it onto the peel covered in corn meal then apply your sauce and toppings. You need to do this fairly quickly cause the longer it sits the more it sticks.

Should slide off with ease if you follow these instructions :P
