Here is a great submission from John Brady in Virginia:
Tonight's offering is pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes, and glazed apples. Use your imagination with the recipe:
 
3lbs of Smithfield pork tenderloin
2 slices of Smithfield maple bacon (yahoo!)
PBC All Purpose Pit Rub
garlic powder
smoked paprika
Tony Chachere's Seasoning to kick it up a notch

For the PBC:
Kingsford Hickory charcoal, Pecan and Hickory chunks for smoke (Smokey the Bear is looking at me funny!), Chardonnay wine, apple cider vinegar and water for steam.

There are no exact amounts for the spices in the concoction, just to your taste. The bacon is pinned or skewered to the pork. I use remote iGrill thermometer because this pork might cook too fast. Stay tuned!
