Title: rotisserie first run
Post by: RAD on December 25, 2016, 09:13:40 AM
Had to do a run with the rotisserie before my Christmas PR. Ran into a couple of issues one of was the counter weight. I think I am going to try not use it today on the PR.

Overall it was a good bird.

Rad, once you figger out the counter weight thing, I expect you to cook at least a half-dozen chickens on the Rotisserie.   You can pack more food on a cooker than anybody I know.

Merry Christmas!

I got the PR going now. I am going to have to some research on the weight thing. I have to keep checking on it so it doesn't come out of the turner.

Rad..Old Dave told me that I wouldn't need the weight thingi unless what I was cooking was real heavy..hope that helps.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Thanks PAM. If I continue to have issues I will remove it.

RAD I know this sounds awkward but, I don't use my counter-weight unless the movement of the spit tells me something is not right. Then I will add it and tune it in. You want a nice smooth spin.

Awesome looking bird!! I had to do a computer assist on my works security server the other day and the programmers name was RAD. I thought it might be you but they are out of Boston :)
