another great video and the food looks great. Assembled mine today and seasoned it. Added the little bit of JB weld in the drip tray end so I think I am ready to go. First cook will be valentine's day. The wife and I don't like crowded restaurants so we went to dinner this last week to celebrate so Tuesday I will break in the griddle.
So I am going to try to make a hibachi restaurant style dinner. Some steak, shrimp, fried rice, veggies, and some asian noodles. Downloaded a few recipes for Japanese white, ginger and mustard.
