Title: First run on PBC ribs ????
Post by: Smokin3d on February 17, 2017, 05:20:54 PM
I have 3 racks of ribs on for first run right now. 1 baby back and 2 spares.
Do the spares take longer???? I'm holding a temp of 280 degrees.
Had to build a wind barrier cause of wind.
