Nice cooker and Poke butt Sam !!
-
Everything looks perfect!!! It is amazing how fast this cooker does butts and briskies yet they are as tender and moist as the traditional 220 lo and slo that we all know and love!!!!
With the PBC you can do butts and briskies without losing any sleep!!
-
After 3 hours, IT was at 136 degrees. Letting it go another 45 minutes and will check again.
-
Just checking in to make sure everything is running smooth. ;D ;) LOL

I am trully flabbergasted at how PBC cooks.
Can I roast a whole chicken or turkey in it or does it have to be quartered?

You can do a whole chicken if you want to...just hang it like Noah does in the turkey video. You are most welcome to call them and they will answer all your questions!!

Thanks everyone, it really is a great cooker.
-
Sam, that looks great! Nice photos too.
-
That really looks great! Was it foiled at 160 and put on the rack or how did you finish it? Any idea what the temp in the barrel is during the cook?

Yes, foiled at 160. Just as it's shown in Noah's video on the PBC website.
I think Muebe posted temps on one of his cooks. Somewhere @290-300 degrees, I believe.
Best cooking tool I've invested in yet. ;)
