Title: Rec Tec Customer Service

Had a problem with a shipment I received from Rec Tec. 1 item was missing. I sent a note to their customer service and in just a short time it was answered. Harry, one of their customer service reps called me to see what I wanted to do and rectified the problem immediately. Thank you Harry and thank you Rec Tec for the great customer service.
