Thanks to Tom Horsman from YouTube for tip to join. I have to say that between Tom. Shug and Ballistic BBQ I have been spending some $$$$$! I gave my brown egg to my son and the Weber kettle to his buddy. The first acquisition was the PK Grill....wow! So easy to use and the results are impressive. Next was the PBC. I did the "Horsman mods" to mine and they seem to be a great addition. Just ribs and a pork shoulder so far on the PBC but they came out great. The Rec Tec mini arrived this week and worked wonders on a salmon fillet. Of course I did the "Horsman mod" with the installation of the front shelf, (man that guy cost me money!)

I bought the original PK as I didn't need the bigger 360. I love it's lightweight and ease of mobility. The adjustable upper and lower vents are pretty much set & forget for indirect. We've done bacon wrapped stuffed pork tenderloin, seared burgers and rib eye using the grill grates and smoked corn on the cob with squash and zucchini. Just wonderful.

Just got my Rec Tec Mini a few weeks ago and pretty much decided on it due to all of Tom's great videos! Love the grill so far, ribs and pizza. Next might be the bacon wrapped turkey breast. Possibilities are endless.

Maybe the air Fryer wave has passed and you won't have to go through that part of the learning curve.
