Doing a 2 pound A-1 sauce meatloaf with deer burger the first time putting a meatloaf on PBC. With some CHERRY wood.

Meatloaf is falling apart and melts in your mouth along with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole.

Great Looking loaf! Wish SWMBO would eat game meat. I can barely sneak some real good bison passed her occasionally. Osso bucco everyone once in a while. We have a local butcher shop that only sells their own locally farm raised bison. That's only thing I've found that she hasn't been able to tell it's not beef. C'est la vie
