Cooked this Saturday, a 2+in rib eye :thumbup:
First I let it smoke for awhile on the little Weber then moved it to the other side to sear!
Funny, Tom did a video that did the same cook but his was on the PBC ;) Great minds :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

I'm down 35 lbs so far B/P is 120 over 79 A1C (last ck'd) was 5.5 and blood sugar was 102
Another 20 lbs and I'll be at my High school weight ;)
