Calm down!! I'm talking red meat not green plant.. so I'm inspired by Roget's meatloaf and wanna turn my bacon carlelized onion exploding burgers into a bacon wrapped fatty. Watched a few vids and the freezer bag trick looks like it works. Any tips from you guys on how not to mess it up?? Gonna use a a couple carmelized onions, bacon, fried garlic, and way way too much cheese. I'm all ears, errr or eyes I guess.

I would wrap it with foil, then freeze for shape , then cook. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I did make it. It came out awesome! Stuffed with 2 kinds of cheese carmelized onions a little bacon and some garlic. Thanks everyone! It was really good and I've smoked my share of meatloaf and made tons of stuffed burgers but this really was a great hybrid of the 2. Will be doing again soon. Since I just ate the last slice for lunch an hour ago.
