Title: Spare ribs on PBC

Did 2 racks and cut in half used the seasoning pictured and Stubbs  charcoal. Keep 2 racks in the PBC the whole time and 2 in foil and put in oven. Both ways were delicious but the ones from oven melted in your mouth.
And the boy cooked a chicken tenderloin.
