Want to have some fun with a Pork Loin? Then try stuffing one with the goodness of your favorite sausage! That's what inspired me to combine a Kielbasa with a pork loin roast. I took my sharp filet knife and cut a slit through the pork loin and pushed a sausage into the center. Turned out so good that I'm looking forward to my next stuffing inspiration! ... Smoked the pork loin at 250ºF for about 2 hours with cookinpellets.com Premium 100% Hickory pellets until the internal temperature reached 145ºF. Turned out extremely juicy, tender, and full of flavor.

I've never thought of stuffing a whole sausage into a Loin or Tenderloin.

That looks fantastic! If I hadn't already agreed to cook BB's for our diner club, I would have made that. It would be a hit with our group.
