Going with more Owens SS mix.

Mixed this yesterday and stuffed today.

Made small chubs with netting.

Here is an easy way to put netting on. Why spend $50-100 on a netter.

Looking good Rick.  Is this your first time using the carrot fiber as a binder?  How is it?

Good to know!  I can't use Soy Protein (allergies) but the carrot fiber is non allergenic.

I'm can also see other uses for the carrot fiber in low-carb recipes.   Thanks!

Good idea on the netting "aid".  I may have to give carrot binder a try as soon as I get low on the B&P 414.

Whats the reason you used carrot fiber in your SS? Is it to bind/increase moisture?
