squirt loves sriracha. i've used it on butts and chuckies and always liked them. it gives a great flavor profile. not hot like you would think. just yummy flavor. lets the flavor fun begin.
fired up little blackie and away we go.

The ribs look great Sparky, but those sausages are looking mighty fine to me right now. I want some breakfast!

great looking ribs Sparky
-
Looks perfect to me, Sparky.
Is that sriracha on the sausage, too?
-
For a second I thought those were cooked by someone else. Then I started reeding and those look like sparky ribs. Double take and I was right those were sparky ribs. They should hire your ribs for cook books. They always look picture perfect

Very Nice Sparky!!

Great color in those ribs.
Nicely done.
-
Yea baby! :P

Love Sriracha but never thought of using it on ribs. What did you do, just "wet" the ribs with it before you applied the rubs?

Sparky is very shy about admitting this - but I know for a fact he comes from a 15 generation line of "Ninja Rib Masters".... 8)
As a Rib Ninja he constantly practices his craft to keep his skill level at perfection - or better! ;)
Another beautiful set of ribs Sparky...aka - "Rib Ninja" :D :D :D
