Title: Blackstone breakfast

Just wanted a simple breakfast sandwich this morning.

Homemade sausage patties, homemade buns.

I did not lay the eggs, & yes, the potato cakes were store bought. :)

Add a slice of onion & some CYM.

Sorry, I forgot to get a plated picture. :(  Very good.
