I made Mexican stuffed bell peppers for dinner last night.
Bell peppers from my garden
Black beans
Corn
Rice
Ground beef
Salsa
Cheddar, Monterey jack, & Asadero cheese

Into the SRG @medium low for 45 minutes with smoke.

Plated with tomato and homemade bread.

Excellent cook - love stuffed peppers - must be even better from your own garden. Nice touch with the black beans. I will have to try that

I haven't had a good stuffed pepper in some time, and they look great.

I made stuffed red, green, orange and yellow peppers 2 weeks ago at the campground..they were killer..your Mexican ones look great too, will definately be doing this one. I added some fire roasted tomatoes with chili's, absolutely wonderful, gave them a real kick..might do it with them. ok..bookmarked. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
