First time cooking a pork loin with red potatoes and boudin. Potatoes took about an hour. I sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled some cajun seasoning. The pork loin was marinated then wrapped with bacon and took about 1:45 hours. The boudin was done in 30 minutes.

I normally get it from Billy's when I make a trip down to La, but I haven't been in a while. So I found a new brand that Wally World is now carrying, Big Easy Foods. They were ok, not near as good as Billy's though but worked in a pinch.

Which is better Billy's or best stop. Just your opinion.
