Title: Turkey Breast
Post by: sliding_billy on October 28, 2017, 01:23:10 PM
I am most likely not going to cook a turkey in one of the smokers this year for Thanksgiving, but I am already craving it.  Grocery was selling bone-in breast for $0.99 a pound.  I managed to fit it in the pooper for lunch.  Even SWMBO was a fan of it done this way, and it was early enough to not interrupt her oven-cooked Thanksgiving turkey like I do every other year.

We were giving the Butterball Turkey Breasts the hairy eyeball at HEB this morning, and of course I say "Lets wait till it gets closer to Turkey-Day"

and then you go ahead and cook one..............I knew I should have tossed it in the cart cause now I want one.

Yours looks great.
