Great idea Tom :thumbup:

One thing I found when using bacon wrap anything is to use Write's bacon  http://www.wrightbrand.com

It stays together so well because if the thickness and it taste great (if I made bacon it would be like Write's)

The Wright's bacon is a thicker bacon..did you just cook it until you like the doneness of the bacon?  gonna try it..I have jalapenos too...☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Kinda of the reason that I went with thin bacon, didnt want to over heat the pickles so they would still be crunchy which they were.

It sure doesn't sound good, but it looks good.

I may have to try this just to say I have.
I love bacon & I love kosher pickles, I'm just not sure about putting the two together.  :)
