Title: did i hear salmon on the menu?

been eating alot of pork, beef and chicken lately.  salmon from costco is the ticket.  and away we go.....

keeping it simple.  butter, lemon pepper and dill.

i believe were done.  145° in the thick part.

springer season is coming up fast.  Now that is a good salmon for eating.  Yours look pretty good also.

Wow - way too many pretty pictures! I'm gonna have to study a bit more... maybe you could send some of that great food over to help me get through these?
