Title: Crispy Chicken Thighs On The Weber

Costco BIG chicken thighs, cleaned and patted dry, dusted with seasoned flour, then into the fridge for two hours.

On the Weber for a indirect cook, temp @ 260*, one lg. chunk of hickory:

After one hour cook:

Seasoned flour: 1 c flour
                        1tbs baking powder
                        S & Cayenne powder to taste
                        Mix well

Old Hickory, those look fantastic.  We get thighs at Costco also, they are hard to beat.  so versatile.....

Yes, but without the oil and grease.
