Title: Sunday Brunch on the Weber Q
Post by: HighOnSmoke on June 10, 2018, 01:59:46 PM
We slept in this morning so instead of breakfast we decided on an early lunch/breakfast. I made up some cheddar bacon burgers.
I used 1.5 pounds of 80/20 beef, cut up some smoked bacon and cheddar cheese and mixed it all together.

Burgers are on the preheated Weber Q. I have a small container of hickory throwing out some light smoke on the grill. This was
at the flip. 3 minutes per side and they will be done.

Going to add a pan of mushrooms and grill some Beddar Cheddar sausages to the grill once the burgers are done.

A few minutes on one side and then flipped. Mushrooms are starting to get some color.

My plate with some home fries, first cooked at 190 Sous Vide for 90 minutes and then into the broiler to finish. My wife's recipe
and these were good!

Yes there is going to be plenty of leftovers for a few days. Everything was delicious and the Weber Q was flawless again.

If I knew I was going to have that great of a meal, there would have been no sleeping in for me. That is some good looking brunch grub.
