Title: Bacon Butter Burgers with Poutine

Read online about adding Butter to burgers.. had to try it!
Had some Weber burger seasoning, mixed some ground beef with the seasoning, 1 egg and some bread crumbs. Added some cubed up butter to the patties.

Double smoked some bacon on the Weber with hickory

Made some poutine gravy up

Cranked the Weber to hot and cooked the burgers

Scally turned me on to poutine at one of the Ohio gatherings..good stuff..butter burgers are great..I just grate cold butter and mix it in the burger..works for me..I mix it with  something, not my warm hands...☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Looks very good.  A little Poutine is always good... I don't think we have it in the stores down here.
  I cut cold butter into small cubes, re-chill it to very cold and use the food processor to make burgers when using lean meat. I saw this originally on America's Test Kitchen. Its works really well.  And hey.. A little butter is always a good thing too.   

 And now after seeing your pictures I'm hungry for a good burger and it's only 9:30AM.

Thanks for the post, never thought to put butter in burgers.  That burger just had to be good.  Butter & Bacon!
I like to butter my butter..... :)
