I used the same rubs a lot. Kosmos Q and Oakridge bbq rubs.  I like that they are pure and made with good spices.  Well, I been talking to Mike about rubs and bbq stuff and he suggested I try some...

Some of the best tasting chicken I have ever had.  Got a big kiss from the wife on this cook.  The flavor from the meat church gospel rub was outstanding.  My wife told me to give a big kiss to the guy who told me about the rub she liked so much.  So when I see ya Mike pucker up buddy.  Big kiss coming your way.    :P

Fantastic cook Gus!  Yeah the Meat Church lineup is some awfully good stuff.  I’m just glad I am not the “guy” that told you about it... ;)

Mike got me hooked on the Meat Church rubs, too.  I have been using that same rub on wings and my wife loves the flavor!

PS  I see Mike about once a year at Back Yard Jack's.  I'm NOT giving him a kiss for anything.  Not my type.  Tee might give Mike a kiss, however.

Looks great.  Can someone look on the meat church bottle and tell me the sodium content.  Wife is on extremely low sodium diet.  Not a special diet, just sodium restricted.

On the gospel rub sodium is 180 mg.
