Great idea Tom, but your right both compaies are confused WHY you did't this :D :D But I loe the idea!
Then again I would mod anything if I think I can make it better ;)

Looks good Tom! But how does the stone differ from using the Drip n Griddle pan from Adrenaline BBQ? It looks the stone fits exactly like the drip n griddle. Just curious.

The purpose of the stone in the first place is to add thermal mass which should help even out cooking temps. By modifying the stone to work with the SNS we've taken the best of both and combined them together. Thanks for Watching Mike!
