Title: Green chile marinaded chicken thighs
Post by: ronman451 on October 30, 2018, 10:50:09 PM
Marinaded some chicken thighs with Stubb's Hatch Green Chile Marinade, then on to the Memphis Elite at 200 degrees for about an hour to get a little smoke. Finally, cranked it up to 425 for about 45 more minutes to finish. Turned out very good!

Those thighs look perfect. Please plate me up, and don't be shy with the Brussels Sprouts!

That hatch chili marinade from Stubbs is good stuff.  Try it in a crock pot with a small pork butt

Chicken looks great!!
