These are similar if not better than what you get in famous anchor bar in buffalo ny, without being fried!!!! Less mess , less expensive than using oil and way better imo. It was a stick of butter , 2/3 c franks hot sauce , spoon full of each vinegar and garlic powder and half a spoon of worchestxhire sauce. Whisk all and heat slowly until warm. Meanwhile cook wings at 425 flamezone covers in place ( top rack ) for 30 to 35 minutes. No flipping required on top rack. Than toss with the sauce in large bowl and serve with blue cheese. I personally finely minced a habenero into the sauce because I like the extra heat . Thanks for sharing this. I hope to be able to do this recipe this weekend (after not being able to do any cooking for about 6 months due to some medical crap) ...This has inspired me to get back on the horse (well, this and the fact that the weather is really nice now). ;D
