Coworker's son is turning 3, and asked for BBQ for his party. (I think the parents/grandparents had a hand in that as well ;))
4 butts, slathered up with a little CYM and a heap of Salt Lick Clone.

Ran the Traeger at 180 for a while to take the chill off of them and roll some smoke. Then bumped to 225 for the overnight ride.
Went for a look while the coffee is brewing..
Perfecto.

Wrapped tight and parked in a cooler for now. Will pull and bag up later (setting aside a 1/2 pound for a couple test sammies), and vacuum seal tomorrow.

13-ish hours. Temps were in the 40s-50s.
