 I found this while looking at the presser smoker.    Both have my interest peaked.  Anyone have any experience with either?   The design of this grill looks very good. No Flame inside the cook chamber unless your chips flare a bit.

All I can say about the Express Smoker is that I want to play with one! Ribs in 35 minutes? I wonder about the taste and texture...but if it works, wow!

 I have no experience with these cookers beyond a close inspection of them.

Some of the best construction I've Ever seen.

I hope they cook as as good as they look.
