Doesn't sound too promising.
On the other hand, I kinda look forward to getting SWMBO to cut down one of the banana or papaya trees and replacing it with a "brisket bush" (which may or may not be as nasty as it sounds).
Regardless, there's a reason for Austin's motto - "Keep Austin Weird."

Those farmers over in College Station wish they were smart enough to do this.
Turtle and Tee, if they can make it, I bet that I can figure out how to dry age it.

So will the same uproar over GMO products apply to this? I don't see any difference? Actually I think GMO is more like the real thing than this.
