Made some steak fajitas on the Blackstone this evening.

Anybody know if  they get hot enough to make good smashburgers?

You can make the perfect smashburger on the Blackstone. I use mine for smashburgers more than anything.

As you can see, they make great fajitas also. ;D ;D

absolutely, best smash burgers ever..I do mine on a thin bed of onions..bacon doesn't hurt either.     .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I love doing fajitas and their relatives on the flat top.  It cooks up quick and easy.

We did smash burgers last night.  Cooked the onions on one zone and the burgers in the HOT!!! zone.
Don't walk away whilst they are cooking.
