Oh, these were very very good. Wifey doesn't want ribs on charcoal anymore, she prefers the MAK now.

hear, hear. no s**t. if this is your 1st time cooking ribs on the mak but you got skills my friend. great 1st rib cook. I would like some of those great looking bones plz. milk on side. ::)

They really do look terrific. A MAK has made a lot of us better cooks.
