During the work week, I like to have a healthy lunch. Which usually means a salad with some kind of protein, grilled chicken wrap, etc.
Sometimes I'll have 4 oz. of chicken or turkey in the morning for breakfast as well.
So I'm making something that will last the week and save me a few $$.
6.65 lb turkey breast rubbed with olive oil some James Gang Cajun Rub.

Looks marvelous!
I love the flavor of turkey breast, but I have not been able to produce acceptable results yet - always is too dry.

That bird looks great.

I think my sammie will have a little miracle whip, some shredded iceberg lettuce, a thick slice of steak mater and.......a whole bunch of that turkey.
