Title: Cold Smoked Cheese Via 4 rack/AMZNPS

Doing a couple small blocks of cheese and some cheese curds i bought from Edgewood Locker.

Blend of apple/hickory in the AMZNPS. I dont use ice when doing cheese it creates condensation on the cheese. No heat from the Bradley.

Just pull the SG away from the cabinet a tad and your good to go. Natural draw to the vent will make it all good and cool.

Keep vent full open.

That looks good! Will have to wait till the temps drop (hitting the 90's lately) before doing some more cheese. One of the few reasons I look forward to fall.  ;D

Once it starts cooling down more outside I will smoke some more cheese.

I am with muebe, when the temp outside drops the cheese goes in the smoker..
