I'm excited to be a member of such a great forum! I've been grilling and smoking meat for about 10 years now and love it. I own a Pit Barrel Cooker and a CharGriller Akorn. I also have a PartyQ for my Akorn for overnight cooks. I plan to purchase a Weber Jumbo Joe in the near future for camping and tailgating. I'm looking forward to learning from the wealth of knowledge on this forum!

LostArrow, I agree the Akorn Kamado is an awesome grill that is very versatile for sure! I use it for low/slow, super high heat, and for baking/oven cooking.

It is a heck of a value, no doubt. Heck - I even believed it when L.A. said so... ;D
