It is hard to find good farm raised seafood that is safe but I found some Barramundi (White Sea bass) at Sams Club. They were individual filets, vacuum sealed and frozen. The brand is Australis and checking them out on the net looks like they are raised safely.

Our daughter in law and grandson would be eating with us so I had the fish and some red rice noodles. I did a stir fry with the noodles, onions, garlic, snow peas, julienned yellow squash, soy sauce and oyster sauce. The noodles are from Thai Kitchen and easy to use, you just need to boil some water, throw in the noodles and set off the heat for about 5 minutes, and drain to add to the stir fry.
The fish I sprayed with a little olive oil, some Old Bay seasoning and a light coat of Panko bread crumbs. I did them in the oven at 400 deg. for 15 minutes turning half way through. While they were in the oven I sautéed some onions and garlic a few minutes, added the veggies and heated through, added the soy sauce, oyster sauce and the drained noodles and heated through about 5 minutes. I heated some garlic knot rolls and served.
We all liked the fish, flakey and mild. I thought they tasted more like wild caught fish than the farm raised Talapia I have fixed. They are pretty delicate but would like to try them pan fried or on my smoker. The stir fry was not bad but would be better done in a wok instead of the skillet I used. I am planning on getting a wok to use outdoors on my gas burner next summer for some healthy meals in between the BBQ I love.

Looks great, Don - I love sea bass
I agree, there is nothing like a wok when it comes to stir fry. It hardly takes any practice at all to learn the hot spots of the wok, then keep things heated and/or searing properly by the position in the instrument. Likely the only problems that people experience are loading the device with too much food at one time, or food that is too wet (if you're looking for sear) I love my cast iron wok, and plan to use it on the SRG next summer
