Title: Hello from Pennsylvania

Started smoking on a gasser about five years ago. Two years ago attended a rib class at the local BBQ store and was hooked. Last spring decided I needed to kick it up to the next level. After spending a most of last spring and summer researching smokers of all types I decided to go with a Yoder YS640. Life happened and didn't get one last year and then the snow came in February and decided it was best to wait a little longer. I have waited long enough and ma going to place my order next week. Looking to learn and try new things and show my cooks. Thanks for having me.
