Title: Vegetable Smoothie

The main ingredients: sweet pepper, tomato, brussel sprout, broccoli, kale, jalapeƱo, garlic, strawberry, celery, Greek yogurt, almond milk.

Load into Vita-Mix and process.

Sounds like what I start the day off with minus the yogurt, jalapeno,  and almond milk. Good stuff!

Looks great.Just learned something the other day DO NOT ADD ONION to a veggie drink,tastes like gasoline,YUK!!!!

I really like adding a sweet potato to my juice, it sweetens a bit like carrots and thickens as well!

Maybe you could substitute a Sierra Nevada for the almond milk.  :P

For sweetness beet is pretty good,an earthy taste might not be for all,but I like it.

Ralph,loading up on micronutrients,a very good thing,and probiotics in the yogurt,thats a fine drink Bud!

I wish I could do that at the gym, just look at other people workout and feel healthy.  :P

beets, either juiced, or in a smoothy are very healthy for you
really good for your blood
when we juice them in the Omega we juice the greens too

I haven't tried beets in a smoothie, but I do roast them on the grill and I save the greens and use them in my salads.  ;)
