Just a simple carne asada on my weber kettle. Chuck steak seasoned with sea salt and ground black pepper. Some beans, rice, grilled jalapeƱos, grilled cactus and you're set.

Smoke you ever had the cactus pad from Los Toros? It is stuffed with cheese and fried. So good!
