Red potatoes,salt/pepper,bake with olive oil - 20 cals/oz... 8 oz per plate,160 cals
Brussels Sprouts,salt/pepper,bake with olive oil -12 cals/oz....5 oz /plate,60 cals
1/2 tsp olive oil-per plate - 20 cals
Ketchup - Hunts,2 tbsp/plate -40 cals

I was totally with you until you implemented the use of Satan's favorites AKA Brussel Sprouts :o

I've been cookin' like this for a little over a year now and have dropped about 60 pounds painlessly. Hats off to the calorie counters ;D

Hub,do you have any favorites I can add for dinner? Im finding it hard to make low calorie meals,lunch breakfast not so hard,but dinner is challenging.Any suggestions sure would be appreciated.
