Really simple.  They were already boneless skinless so all I had to do was trim them up a little, rub with a little olive oil and season with Jan's Original Dry Rub.  Preheated the MAK to 235 burning hickory(I'm from KY after all) and smoked them for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes I pushed the temp in the MAK up to 325 and cooked them until the internal temp was around 160.  At that point I glazed them with Big Moe's BBQ Sauce out of Council NC.  Allowed the glaze to set for around 3 minutes in the MAK.  Repeated the glazing process a second time.  Done!

Art, if I were putting them in a turn in box I would have dunked them in the sauce to get a more even coating and taken them off the grill with a spatula rather than tongs. ;)
